Period Welfare Policies

We craft inclusive workplace policies that prioritize menstrual and maternal health, ensuring every employee feels supported and respected. Our approach includes reviewing existing policies to integrate menstrual health considerations, thus promoting a culture of understanding and acceptance

Workplace Infrastructure Assessments

We assist organizations in upgrading facilities to provide clean, private restrooms stocked with menstrual products, creating a comfortable environment for all employees. This includes auditing current amenities to ensure accessibility and hygiene standards are met

Training & Awareness Programs

Our workshops and training sessions aim to raise awareness and normalize conversations around menstruation, fostering a culture of understanding. We equip employees with the knowledge to support one another and advocate for allyship

Resource Provision

We help supply essential menstrual products and hygiene essentials to ensure that all employees have access to what they need when they need it. By providing access to these resources, we help eliminate barriers that can hinder productivity and well-being

Flexible Work Arrangements

We advocate for flexible scheduling options to accommodate the needs of menstruating employees, allowing them to manage their health effectively without compromising their work performance. This may include options for remote work or adjusted hours during particularly challenging times
